• Co-authored and served as lead editor for a 400+ page Vulnerability Assessment for Marion County, OR, coordinating contributions from internal staff and external partners, managing project timelines and deliverables, facilitating technical review processes, and synthesizing census, natural hazard, and community-sourced data into a cohesive final report.

• Served as project manager and contributing author for the Corporate Manual, synthesizing 500+ pages of technical methodology into practical guidance for corporate users and partner organizations.
• Established 5 regional working groups; facilitated numerous stakeholder meetings, strengthening participation and representation among organizations in the Global South.

Board Member – Willamette Habitat Trust

• Support the mission to protect and preserve natural areas and open spaces, farms, forests, and critical habitat in the state of Oregon by establishing conservation easements with landowners in and around the Willamette Valley.
• Secured a $20,000 in capacity-building funding through development of a successful grant proposal to the Land Trust Alliance’s Oregon Lands and People Project.
• Contribute to a 3-year strategic plan by refining conservation priorities, formalizing administrative and operations processes, and advancing long-term governance.
• Conduct annual monitoring visits on conservation easement properties, totaling 25 easements across 1,250+ acres, documenting habitat conditions, stewardship activities, and compliance with easement terms.
• Review monthly financial statements as part of the Financial Oversight Committee.
• Set up processes for evaluating applicants and hiring the organization’s first employee as a member of the Human Resources Committee.

Little Wings Farm, Golden Age Gardens, Weaver’s Way Co-op, Caceres Organic Blueberry Farm

• Hands‑on field experience in organic and cooperative farming, from harvesting, guiding crews, cultivating diverse crops, and caring for livestock across a working landscape.
• Strengthening producer-community relationships through CSA and farm‑stand distribution and supports regional food resilience. Expanded access to fresh, local food while cutting waste.
• Apply technical ecological knowledge to advance soil health, sustainable production, and community‑rooted food systems.
